Hello, i was forced to write this complaint after several declined withdraw requests.i registered on thebes casino and got 25 euros bonus. I wagered everything that i need. Their live chat support worker told me im done i just have to pass the verirication proces and deposit.in a couple of days i did that too. ID verification approved, documents, utility Bill approved, everything and ofcourse i did a deposit they asked. Live chat support told me now everything is okay you can withdraw. I make a withdraw request wait a couple of days and then nothing, it is declined. They say i have to send then skrill ID and email. Okay no bad i send then that. Three days after,today it was declined again. Every time i write to them Every worker tells me some other story, like okay we are sory we Will check why is this happening to you and so on...but nothing. I dont know who to write anymore.I dont understand, if they represent themselves as a good, reliable and safe casino how can they afford this kind of behaviour to their member? How are they planing to keep me as a player on their site after something like this?
