This casino has been pretty decent in the past, and I have never had to wait this long for a withdrawal. They advertise instant withdrawals but I have been waiting now since April 07, 2016 10:48 PM. It is now 1:36 PM on April 8th for my 1 BTC withdrawal. They should not advertise withdrawals as being "instant". I can understand an hour or even two but this is unacceptable. I have contacted support and the only thing they tell me is that the reason for the delay is because they are experiencing heavy traffic. It takes no more than 30 seconds for me to send bitcoins, so why does it take them over 12 hours?
