For the first time - im sorry about my bad english
Yesterday i played at parklanecasino. after deposit 100€ and play - and deposit 250€ again i made a win and choose to made a withdraw / payout.
today i get an email from parklane that my payout is declined because i have more than 30% bet from my deposit.
Exactly they say that there was a rest of the 100€ and so its ilegal to play with a bet of 50€ - so they cancelled the hole win of 4.100€?
Is it legal to say there is a rest of the 100 - so you cant bet 30€ or more euro - when the last payin was 250€?

"Irregular play" includes, inter alia:
Placing total bets equal to or greater than 30% of the value of the deposit currently in play.
