I had a withdrawl approved on 3/18'2016 for $707. Now there seems to be a delay in sending it to a processor for payment to me. Their communication via Live Chat and email has been very vague. I recently had a withdrawl from another casino in their group, and they were much more specific regarding the process, and it went smoothly and quickly. I would like to find out why this wihdrawl is taking longer, and why I can not get a specific answer regarding what is happening.
