1) I registered on Gala, do some bonus
2) Deposit from my card 10 GBP to get bonus
3) Win 414 GBP all wager requirements completed.
4) Want to verify my account and withdraw my money back
5) Sent pockit letter and passport (czech republic living in uk)
6) Refuse to not accept letters (ok, that's okay)
7) Sent utility bill from e-on
8) Email came that my documents were unable to verify (it is clear visible bill) and suspend my account with my win and return deposit 10 GBP
9) Tried to solve it on live chat. No way out. Don't know what to do so I want to help with askgamblers.
Hope there will be some solution. In my opinion I am eligible to withdrawn my win to every pence.
