I need help. I managed at Rich Casino no deposit bonus. I paid 25 euros (initial deposit)
My player account is verified. I have made a payment of 100 euros. After 3 days = payment declined.
Neteller ID was not sent to accounting@richcasino.com. I have repeatedly sent support emails at Rich Casino. No response and no email ticket IDs. Since then I have paid the 25 euros, Rich Casino does not respond by email. In Rich Casino chat i will put off. They say I should wait.
I can not make payment until my Neteller ID is added to the player's account.
