I have three withdrawals totaling about 6,000. The initial withdrawal was submitted on April 4th. Approved April 21st due to verification delays. Now I have spoken to people at the Casino and chatted with them. They have excuse after excuse for not paying out. Delays are the norm and rest assured I will get my money. That's what I get. I have deposited a lot of money in this casino and withdrawal from other casinos and get that money in the listed timeframe. No that it is escalated I email them and get the same generic response. Will I get my money?

I have made multiple E-mails to Bovada support regarding the fact that I have not yet received my approved withdrawal from 3/22 for $800 USD. I continually get the same responses that they are sorry for the delay, they are working on the issue, etc ... My husband thought it might be wise to make a post here regarding this complaint due to the length of time. This was a VFF and I know there were some problems during March, and I have tried to be patient and understanding, however, I feel that Bovada's Customer Service has been unwilling to truly assist me. They never give me a time frame as to when to expect my funds, only to "not worry" that they are working on getting them to me as quickly as possible. This is the worst customer service I have ever run into in my life .. all they do is deflect and blame someone/something else for the problem. I am hoping this will speed up the process for my withdrawal. Thank you!

After a day Jeremy (vip manager) told me take a bit from my winnings back and keep playing because this way the financial department would see i'm active ??? Found this strange but did what he wanted.After some days of waiting i took another 50€ from my winnings and sended them back to my account to play with. Sorry for my bad english. I have made several small depsosit on ALLSLOTSCASINO,and I have won 50€. Then I tried to make cashout,2016-05-10 I've been asked for vertification documents. Sent it all and 2016-05-12 got email from them what my account are verified now,but my cashout was refused. Contacted with live support they sayd I have to sent my documents again and then make cashout and wait 24-48h. I've sent it again and they refused my cashout same like before. $500 payout approved on Mar 20 2016. Never had a problem prior to this and have been a customer since 2009. Have called and emailed numerous times and continue to get the standard, meaningless answers with no acceptable resolution. At this point I have no confidence that they will honor this debt.

Hi. On 27th April I played a slot on betvictor called James win. Was playing £1.5 stake. It was playing games fine and I got the feature. How ever it just kept playing the same cycle over and over. Not letting me play the feature. So I contacted betvictor who looked at it. They advised me to clear data which I did. Restart my phone. Use a different browser to see if that would work. Nothing happened. I then logged in on a different phone. But that still did nothing. Told bet Victor that it didn't work they said they contacted the 3rd party who said it's not on their end. So advised me to do everything with my phone again. And still nothing. I understand they can't get the slot to work. But they won't give me anything at all. I've lost out on the win of the feature and would be more than happy if they could give me a cash amount that may average what the feature would give. Just don't think it's fair at all for them to just say there nothing more that can be done when I've lost out as a loyal customer.

I won 1,000 dollars on bovada and did a withdrawal for 1,000 dollars on March 8, 2016 and it was approved on March 10, 2016. After constantly calling bovada customer service and waiting over a month I was contacted and told my money was credited back to my bovada account. With that being said I requested another withdrawal April 25th 2016 and it was approved April 26 2016. I asked the customer service represenitive before I request this withdrawal again, will there be any problems with the time period on this withdrawal and she said no it'll be there within 10 business days. It's well past 10 business days and I'm still getting the same response from bovada. I've been waiting on this withdrawal for over 2 months and it's really starting to get rediculous. Worst experience I've ever had with bovada. I seriously plan on deactivating my account on bovada once I receive my funds.

About three weeks ago I did a couple of withdrawals in the total amount of $952. I know that this casino has one of the slowest payout systems of all, but I wanted to check with the support what was going on. I get transfered from the finance department to the security department because my payments and account are under "review". And all I get from the security department is a standard automated answer saying my account is being investigated for "fraudulent activity" and that my withdrawals are "on hold until further notice". Very unpolite and no other information is given. Now, I could accept this happening one time for security reasons - but this is the SECOND time this is happening in six months. In fact - I have verified my account three (!) times since signing up with this casino: sent in all documents, someone from the casino called me etc. I dont know what to do anymore - I keep getting treated as a criminal, all they have to do is a quick check of my playing pattern and deposits with neteller to see that I am a fair player playing with my own money. And if there is some other reason to not processing the withdrawals, I believe that you as a loyal and honest player should be told about it.

I have my account open December 2015 after I saw the site advertised live dealer games available. I have made a deposit EURO 200 via Entropay. As you may aware, Entropay is like a payment platform not a visa card. After deposit made, the live dealer games are not at all existed. I've contacted via live chats support & emails, and confirmed that there are no live games and no time frame when can it be installed. Therefore, I've decided and requested withdraw my deposit back and close my account. Unfortunately, Live chat with their support team, only can assist me with deposit but not withdraw, worst still when I asked further questions, they cut me off. This is from Mid December 2015. I have sent all relevant documents via emails and each time, it takes them 21 days at least to response and asking the same requirement documents which I have sent months ago. I have screen shot with the account, my photo ID, bank statement. Nothing has come through or letting me know what is the outcome. The last response from them was on 25th April 2016, and from a new request ticket submit again.. Now we are coming to 6 months. They are still holding my EURO 200 and not return to me. Please help. I just need my money back and close the account. I have all the email correspondences evident proofs. Many many thanks.

Hi, After submitting a staggered withdrawal I was asked to verify my account. I had already verified my account and sent in multiple documents a couple of months previous so this was ringing alarm bells over them just trying to delay payment. So I sent in the documents and was verified. Unfortunately my withdrawals have still been in 'WagerPass' state, which means they are just sitting there waiting to be processed. It is now 4x the length it has taken previous withdrawals to be processed and sent, so my point of view it seems like a clear delay tactic now I want to withdraw a sizeable amount. I have been very polite and respectful on chat, but the only help they can give me is that they have sent an 'Update Request', unfortunately I never actually get an update. Really frustrating that they mess loyal customers about like this. Just want to get this sorted.

I earned dollar 900 by using 25 dollar's sign up bonus. and also met all the wager requirements. but when I wanted to withdraw 100 dollars after depositing 25 dollars I get rude and non clarity answers from chat support. I have sent the required passport and bank statement and my bank card photos which are attached to netteler and entropay one month ago on early April 2016. I did not have utility bill in my name, hence sent bank statement which has my address mentioned above on statement. however i did not get any reply from box24 till I contacted ask gambler and filed a complaint. then I was suggested to deposit 25 dollar's to withdraw my 100 dollars as i have earned 900 dollars and met wager requirements. after ask gambler contacted about my issue. box 24 contacted me saying my bank statement does not contain address. but honestly speaking. you people did not check it correctly. the address is mentioned in the bank statement at the top left. but no reply. then I got a reply from ask gambler that i will have to deposit the money to meet the withdrawal guidelines. I did it. hence i deposited 25 dollar's. but when I am clicking on withdrawal option in your website. it says I have not met withdrawal guidelines. to be very honest. It's upsetting the way box 24 is treating me. still I am unable to withdraw my own real money. it's been more than I month I am waiting for a proper response from box 24. if I contact chat they say I need to wait. how long? is my question. and they say they don't know. what does this mean? this email is also forwarded to ask gambler as i am fed up of waiting the style of response by box24. trust me it's really frustrating when i don't get any response for my email and unable to withdraw my own money. my KYC docs is also attached with this complaint for askgambler references. it might happen that box24 might come up with some other reason. so attached all docs here. thanks regards samarth ***************

I requested a withdrawal of $500 via Bovada's Visa Fast Funds on 3/20 (almost two months ago now). And I still have not received anything that makes me feel good about the issue. Every time I call I get a very vague answer that it shouldn't be too much longer and to be on the lookout. I really don't enjoy having to check my account multiple times a day especially when nothing is happening. Hopefully they will resolve this soon.
