Hi, I have signed up a account with Real Deal Bet casino on 25th May 2016 and claim their welcome bonus. I had wagered their 45X (deposit+bonus) and managed to withdraw request $250 on the same day. Then I sent documents according to their verification procedures. Today is 2nd June 2016 and went to live chat to know the progress my withdraw. Every time they are saying everything is good, my withdrawal will be processed as soon as possible. But I didn't receive a dim yet! I have attached couple of chat documents where they stated the same as I explained but I don't receive anything from them. Could you help me to resolve my issue please? We are now on 7th day.
