Went to play for first time. Charge did not go through. Support told me to fix my internet. I told them it wasn't. The implication was that the problem was on my end. After 3 attempts I gave up. Later all 3 charges were approved. This was their fault as they told me faulty information. I then talked to them on the phone and told them to remove the charges. In addition I replied to all the emails from the payment processor. They did not remove the charges and now I am locked out of my account. So I could not play the money and not that I wish to do so. Lying about the issues, then later ghost-approving charges, then locking me out of my account equals theft.
