I have been trying to get my withdrawal from Vegas Casino Online for almost a month now. Origiinally requested an wire transfer on 7/2, but when I spoke to finance, they said it would be quicker if I requested it via Courier Check, so I changed this per their recommendation on 7/4. I do understand when there is a problem with processors and I think that I have allowed more than enough time for this. The customer service representatives are always very kind , nice, professional. However, that is not getting my withdrawal processed. I have always loved Vegas Casino Online and am a freelance writer on gaming/ casinos for online mags /articles and quite a few hardprint mags as well. I have always spoken well of Vegas Casino Online for their gaming, customer service and withdrawals...but I have never had to wait so very long to get one processed and sent out. I spoke with finance (chat) today and was told that it should go out over the next few days. However, when I stated, "so it will probably be processed this week sometime".....the finance rep then got on and said he could not commit to that. So right there, this tells me that I may be waiting much longer. I normally have a very high patience when it comes to this, but I have to admit I am getting a little frustrated.
