On 20/06 Smart Live paid me the first installment of my winnings. However then suddenly decided they needed to review the activity on my account when they realised I had a further £5000 to be paid to me. How this second installment of the withdrawal is any different to the other cash that I won there is unclear.
I have since won more there, and those winnings have been on hold since 18/06.
In total they owe me nearly £14000, and clearly they have verified my account, given that they have already paid a small part of the near £16000 they owed me.
All they tell me now is it is being reviewed and they cannot give me a time frame to complete a payment. Disgraceful behaviour.
