Hi.. im not a big user of computers so excuse me if im doing this incorrectly.. here go's... i decided to hsve a go at oline pokies an a friend reffered me to jackpot city.. after making a couple of deposits i had a win of 2100 am decided to make my first withdrawal. As far as i knew all went well. Recived this email reassuring me (see below) i then waited a coulpe of days without seeing it my account an went on there live chat to ask why this hasnt happen. I was then told because i used my girlfriends card once to make a deposit i needed to send them documents to varify this. I then provided the documentation required. After another couple of days went back onto live chat to see how this was going on 3 separate occasions i was told it was still being reviewed an they could not answer when it will be. I am now on day 7 with no answers still. Am not sure what to do now any help would be very much appreciated thank you
