Planet 7 Casino - Withdrawal Request Delayed 2 weeks so far after verification documents submitted

I just enjoyed my daily chat experience with the planet 7 staff where I start by inquiring about withdrawal status. They then proceed to give me some answer about how my papers were never submitted. Then I have to explain (every day for the past 2 weeks) that my papers were submitted and they please could check. They do some sort of check and then confirm the papers were submitted but not verified. Then I say something to the effect of how long the verification will take. The answer is always the same "check back tomorrow". After 10 business days doing this I would be insane to continue using the same method to get my money.
