I have an outstanding issue with this casino concerning payment of my winnings .I won 700 dollars in the month of July.Imade a request on July 11th actually before that but thats when the withdrawal was put forward for approval.Since then its beena run around every step of the way.The 1st excuse was international banking issue.I challenged then on that and then the casino said oh no payment has been sent.The next time I asked the excuse changed this time it was high volume of withdrawals,when I asked if all players were having the same issue I received no response.I even had the Manager calling me apologizing for the late payment and as a token I will receive free spins.I was just on live chat 1/2 hour ago and am getting pretty much the same garbage as before.Can you help solve this issue
