I made a deposit of 10 euros at this site and was promised the 200 % bonus. I had to press the "claim" button, so i did. The only amount that is in my account is the one that i deposited, no sign of the 200% bonus is to be seen. I have since registration been on the site talking to different live support members, and no one seem to understand the problem. They are just referring me to send a mail to info@voltcasino.com. The support is working very slow, and just giving me the same answers, it feels like they are not even trying to help me out. They are not answering my mails, ive sent maybe three different mails. They are not even responding that they have recieved it. 10 euros is not much money, but it feels that i have been scammed. How can it take more then 3 days for a support to even answer my mail?
