Cashed out $500 on 8-31, still haven't received money yet. I sent all the documents they requested and security sent me an email saying documents were approved. Every other day I chat with a rep who doesn't have any answers other than "it's been delayed." Since my cashout I have made several deposits; there seems to be no trouble processing them.
I would also point out that they keep sending me promotional offers, without mentioning their payment issues.
