Silver Oak Casino - Withdrawal Request, No Payment to Date

I requested my payout on September 6, 2016. I have been continuously emailing with no response now, also calling with no return call. I was finally connected with a chat representative on the Casino site (after continuously trying to chat with no representative answering) and was again told I was approved and to contact Robyn at 844-632-0968 or email her at info@silveroakcasino.com. I have called before and left messages and called again and was told to leave a message which I did, and have not received a response at all. I just tried calling the number again and was asked by a recorder to leave a message, which I did leave another message again. They are quick to take your deposits, what about the payouts to their clients/customers? Below are the email strings: < emails removed, containing sensitive personal information>
