I put in for a withdrawal of $1500 on sept 10 and was told by robyn that I would have my money in 9 to 10 days. On Sept 27th I sent her a email to let her know that I still have not received anything yet and was told that they had a lot of withdrawals in the month of august, but to rest assure that I will be getting my withdrawal within a week. It is now oct 10 and I am not able to reach anyone by phone, it just keeps hanging up. I want to know where my money is and when am I going to get it. I spend a lot of money at this casino, but if this is the way they do business I won't be coming back
