Withdraw was made early in September. All documentation provided as requested, and were received as completed on "09/14 10:21 AM". I was told my withdrawal was officially approved on "09/16 5:42 PM".
After providing exact ID name, valid phone #, and physical address to deliver check, I was told I would be contacted with the check's tracking # once the process was complete, and that it would take roughly 7 business days to receive this. Total amount was for around $900.00
It has now been nearly 20 businesses days and I have heard nothing. Multiple e-mails sent to their support requesting an update with no response (even though the auto-reply boasts that a representative will contact you within one day).
Earlier this week I sent a final e-mail, stating that if I did not hear back within the next couple of days I would submit a complaint. Still no response, hence why I am filling out this form.
