$2,000. I'm a level 2 VIP (whatever that means)... I submitted all of my information for a bank wire withdrawal. After I was told it was approved and uploaded, a week later it's nowhere to be found. They said they would "investigate" within 72 hours. Funny, this exact same thing happened last time when I requested a check. The rep said "It's strange, I don't know what happened. I have moved this to the investigative dept." 6 weeks later, I finally got my check after I kept asking. Same thing happened to my buddy who I referred to Planet 7. These guys will do everything they can to delay your payment for as long as they can. Now, I don't know what to do...they aren't helping much
