Planet 7 Casino - Failure to communicate about the status of my withdrawal

My withdrawal request was approved on 09/21/2016 for the amount of $1000. I was assured I would receive my payment within 7-10 business days. I have emailed Planet7 over 5 times asking for a status update on my check that was supposed to have already been issued. They don't respond. This is getting SO frustrating. I feel like I am dealing with a bunch of frauds. My casino login is FiestyThing1 I have every email that they sent to me and that I sent to them. I feel like it's time for see about legal action.
