In August whilst on holiday I had £450 taken from my bank account in numerous transactions on one day.
I immediately contacted dr Vegas who said this had happened to lots of customers and we would be refunded ASAP. I incurred bank charges etc.
I have been in contact every week since then and still have no refund of explanation of timescale of when I will receive it.
I have screen shots of both my banking transactions and deposits made to dr Vegas and there is well over £400 taken that was never deposited by myself.
Last week Dr Vegas chat room told me it was delayed transactions from July... However this is not the case.. Bank statements prove this was already taken in July...
Where do I go from here .. Please advise.
Ps I was told by them to submit bank statements etc back in August which I did.. And until last week I was repeatedly told world pay we're going through all the paper work.
