I made a deposit at Spilleren casino. I didnt get the bonus or freespins but desided to play anyway. I won 180€ and wanted to make a withdrawal. The page to make a withdrawal didnt load so i could complete the transaction. I contacted the chatt and they wanted printscreens of the issue so I sent that to them. Waited to hear from them but nothing,contacted them again,and they said they were to resolve the issue.
Several days went by and finally I was abel to make my withdrawel. It was rolled back 2 times, and after the third time the withdrawal got through. The problem now is that my money is gone. a registered payout for 20€ is to be seen on my page, no pendig withdrawal request of 180€ and the playeraccount is cleared out of money. So when I ask where the money is they say they can see a pending request of 180€,but its not to be seen on my playeraccount.
I have sent them everything they want, including verification documents that has been approved,printscreens of all the issues that has been going on all this time. But to get information from them about what is happening is totally impossible.
I have delt with this since 12/10, so I think they have had plenty of time to fix all the problems.
