I'd like to start off saying all my security documents were verified before winning or even depositing on this site. Since winning a bet on Nov 9th I have been unable to withdrawal my winnings due to a pending security check from ladbrokes security department. What really bothers me is that I contacted the support department to arrange to pick up my winnings from a local shop a week after winning. The staff did not notify about this pending security block, and even arranged for the funds to be picked up. So I wasted my time going to the shop only to find out there is a security block on my account after about 1 hour of waiting. I was told to wait until the security department responds, because they don't have a contact number. This was fine at first but now it's the 26th and I've inquired over 10 times now and everyday I get the same run around.
