Hi deposits approx 600 dollars to slots plus and withdrew $1700 on 18/11/16 and heard nothing from them, no contact about a delay by email etc. I have been on the online chat to them about 5 times and each time they tell me the payment will be done in a few days and nothing is done. They have started telling me ACH payment provider has been lost so that's why they are slow at the moment! I have read several other complaints about this same casino where they was using the same excuse 3 years ago!!!! I think its disgraceful that people should risk there hard earnt cash in casinos and then get these delays or not get paid at all. The payments deposit seem fine as that takes a split second but the withdrawal currently 3 weeks and does not look like I will be getting it any time soon. Any other casinos I have used pay withdrawals in a couple of days at a max. I need this money especially with xmas coming up as not only have they not paid the winnings I am of course still my $600 dollar deposits out of pocket. I have also sent them my ID but despite me asking them about verification no one has asked me to provide any documents, so no doubt this will be another delaying tactic they will apply at some stage.
