I recently requested 12 withdrawals of $2,500.00 on 12/8/16 and it was denied on the 12/11/16 for unspecified reasons but the funds were not returned to my account for another attempt or whatever. I sent a email that very same day and received an automated message saying that they where assigning it to a rep and I would hear with in one business day along with a reference number for future inquiries about this specific issue but i have yet to hear anything since then and hear it is for business days later...
