Hi I joined Wildslots a couple of days ago and after a small deposit of £20 had some big wins and wanted to withdraw £1900. I did not accept a bonus so there is no issue there. I immediately sent them my verification details which they told me would take 24 to 76 hours to process. That was on Friday afternoon. Saturday morning I found the account was blocked and no-one will reply to my emails ( I sent about 20!) I managed to get onto Livechat without logging in but they were of no use whatsoever as they just kept saying they could not see the reason for the block and I would have to email. Last night I finally received an email saying the £1900 had been put back into my gaming account with no other explanation but the account is still blocked! Again, they will not answer my emails. Can you help me?
