Hi! Last week I registered in Dunder Casino and make 8 Skrill deposits totaly 8k$.
At the last deposit 1k I won 5k and decided to make cashout.
It's the time of verification. Im not beginner and instantly sent standard documents to casino (ID copy, screenshot Skrill and phone bill with addrres proof).
I received a reply from the Dunder:
"We can see that the relevant department can't accept the copy of your passport due to that it is scanned and they kindly ask you to send in a photo of your passport and not a scanned picture and also a picture of you holding your passport next your face."
I instantly sent selfie and foto (initial was foto, not scanned) . About utility bill I answered:
"Hello, utility bills come to my mother's name, I am not the owner, I am registered in this apartment.
My registration is confirmed on the screenshot Skrill.
I can provide other proof of my address, such as a bank statement."
I received a reply;
"Thank you for submitting your documents! However, we're still missing some documents. Please send us the following:
Proof of address – A full photocopy of a recent utility bill, bank statement or an official government document issued within the last 3 months."
I visited the bank and sent to casino bank statement with addrres proof.
I received a reply;
Thank you for submitting your documents! However, we're still missing some documents. Please send us the following:
Proof of address (paper document)– A recent utility bill, issued within the last 3 months.
Verification has been going on for almost a week, I am very tired of this situation.
I did not take a bonus and did not break the rules.
I ask Dunder Casino ambassador to clarify my situation.
