First, I want to say that I enjoy playing at Palace of Chance and have had positive experiences in the past. Below are the details of my concern.
-10/04/2016 - Withdrawal Requested
-10/08/2016 - Withdrawal Declined (needed new set of documents since it had been too long since my last documents were verified)
-10/08/2016 - Documents Sent for Processing
-10/11/2016 - Withdrawal Requested (after confirming they were received)
-10/19/2016 - Withdrawal Approved
-The week of 10/26/2016 - Customer service told me that the wire had been processed and I should receive it soon
-11/29/2016 - Received e-mail that they needed a utility bill to verify address change. Said that the withdrawal was accidently approved without the documents being processed
-11/29/2016 - Sent utility bill
-12/06/2016 - Receive e-mail from manager indicating that the paperwork has been processed. Chat confirmed that the withdrawal has been processed and sent to processor
-12/20/2016 - Spent considerable time waiting for chat representative to find status as the wire has not been received. I'm concerned that it has been overlooked because it was approved more than two months ago, before the documentation had been approved.
At any rate, it's been almost 2.5 months and I'm concerned that I'm not going to receive the wire and, as a result, can no longer play at Palace of Chance which is unfortunate because I've enjoyed playing there. I've been a long-time player who has tried to avoid posting a complaint but I'm not sure what's going on.
