I'm one of the 10 winners on FJ's everyday LUCKYJACK. Won on Friday. But logged in to see that my winnings are not credited.
Talked to Chat. This is what they said -
"Yes, I have checked it. Thank you for the patience. Let me explain how Lucky Jack works. Every day 10 of the users are selected absolutely randomly by our system. Every user who has deposited at least 10 mBTC in total qualify for participation. If the chosen user enters the Lucky Jack promotion and clicks TRY LUCK button on the day they are selected, they will receive the win. But if the user does not click the button they do not receive the win, although the letter is sent on the next day to inform them that they were selected as winners and had a chance."
But there's so such rule at all.. Please check my attachments!
