Vera John UK Casino - Refused withdrawal and closed my account

I last deposited with Vera and John casino in November 2015 and have withdrawn twice since then without any issues.They offer coins for logging in which can be exchanged for free spins so from time to time I log in although I had no intention od depositing again with them because they charge a withdrawal fee of £5 on withdrawals under £50.So I logged into my account just before xmas and exchanged some coins for 10 free spins from which I won around £1.40.I then managed to wager it 40x and ended up with a cash balance of £13.20.I wagered it only on slots playing the maximum lines and the minimum bets ie I made no large bets while wagering it.I do not gamble a lot and any profit is good so I decided to withdraw my winnings.So withdrew 13.20,withdrawal fee was 5 so net withdrawal was £8.20.I had withdrew with them before without a problem for slightly more after wagering a free spin bonus so thoght it would go through ok A day later I get email from them requesting the normal documents before they can process my withdrawal.I thought this was strange as I had previously deposited and withdrew from them in the past with the exact same debit card.But I sent the required information.I then get a reply saying they cannot accept scans so could I take a photo of my debit card and resend which I did. I then get a reply saying I was fully verified and they would process my withdrawal but only if I deposit again.I replied saying I had no intentions of depositing with them again only because of their £5 withdrawal fee policy but if they check my records they will see I had deposited and withdrawn twice with them using the exact same debit card and that I could see no reason to deposit again so please process my withdrawal.When I received no reply from them I tried to log into my Vera John account only to find it blocked.I emailed them again,they replied I had breached one of their bonus terms and conditions so they had closed my account.The following is copied and pasted from their reply Before any withdrawals are processed, your play will be reviewed for any irregular playing patterns. I find it very strange that they were happy to allow me to keep playing and process my withdrawal if I had deposited again with them but as soon as I refused to do that they closed my account citing bonus abuse.Its obviously a very small amount ...£8.20 after they take withdrawal fee off but it is not the money it is the principle of this matter. I would like to say again I made no large bets and played only slots with the free spin winnings.The only thing I can think of is they are saying because I have no intentions of depositing again by logging in and taking free spins that is bonus abuse.
