I received an email on 12/08 that my withdraw was approved in the amount of $1500 by check and would receive in 10-15 bus days. I then spoke with a chat agent and told them i wanted it wired and they confirmed they had all of my info and it would be wired in 10 to 15 bus days. I am now told to wait about 7 more bus days and then it will be sent to finance. I cant get a clear date on when I will actually receive the $1500. I dont understand why they cant give me an exact date. Their terms state 10 - 15 days.
I really like coolcat and like everyone else am "vip" but its very frustrating to get the run around. It seems the only way to get paid is ask for help on here. Please help!! Thanks
