Here's the story of my problem:
I've been registered on BGO a time ago, on passed Saturday i've received a promotion to play 50 free spins with all winning capped to 100 GBP.
I've completed wagering on Sunday, deposited with my Neteller account and tried to submit a withdrawal request. The request was declined due to verification issues.
On Monday casino support asked me to send my Passport ID and a proof of address, that I did immediately.
A day passed, on Tuesday they've replied, that the only remaining thing is a payment method proof (screenshot of Neteller account) - which i've sent immediately (see email attached).
Another day passed, and today i'm receiving another email, telling me, that the documents has just been sent to Financial Team to review - but yesterday I was told, that everything is reviewed. What they were doing theese 3 days then?
After that i've told them, that I'm going to leave a complaint here.
Obviously the support is lyuing and delaying my withdrawal with any method.
