I had to join here just to let people know about this casino as if you dont already.
I had a deposit of 2500 approved on Nov. 15, I have been given the run around every week since then, after being approved with
all required documentation multiple times ( I assume another stall tactic) not a single person can answer the question as to when Ill get paid, have certainly heard many times about the velocity and crazy business they have been experiencing!! Forget tring to email them, they assign a ticket number and say you will be contacted in 24 hours, I have had 4 or 5 emails never responded to. In fact they have never actually responded to any questions directly. I have been a customer there since 2014 on and off, oh how I wish I knew what... I have never heard more rhetoric for customer service before... APPROVED on Nov 15 and not a word on payment or response to my requests.
