Dreams Casino - Still have not recieved $4,850 approved over a month ago

On Nov 15th $2350 was approved, Nov 16th another $2350 was approved & Nov 20th $150 was approved. The first two were approved as wire transfers and the last as a check. The rules and regulations for Dreams Casino states that ALL APPROVED withdrawals will be transferred within 10 business days! This time frame for the first one came and went as of Dec 2nd. I spoke to a representative on Dec 5th and was informed that payment would be in my account very soon. This however did not happen I have spoken to many others some via phone (Antonio) and others via live chat (Ellie). All of them have said the same thing I am sorry and it has been expedited! I have copies of all the live chats. Ellie being the last person I spoke to stated that this was an embarrassment and she has contacted finance and her supervisor and I would not have to inquire about this again. No one will give me a time frame or explain why this is taking so long! Now every time I call I receive the recording stating that all agents are busy, leave name and number and they will call back. No calls back!! I had a delayed payment in the past and miraculously as soon as I complained here the problem was resolved. I do not like having to come here for this. I wish they would just be honest and straight forward and inform me of what is going on! Thank you for your help.
