I have been restictricted from making deposits and withdrawals since May 2016,I have tried to have this issue resolved many times through phone calls and emails with no results, I am always told the same story that they need to have a special team to work on my account, they have made a few manual deposits for me and also have made me a VIP throughout this time. I would appreciate having my account fixed without anymore excuses and calling me back when they say they will or at least answer my emails
