Hello I recieved a 1900 withdrawl approval been waiting since 11-28-2016 finally got approved on 12-23-2016 I called them and even live chatted multiple times with them I sent my verification when I placed the withdrawl I sent copies of my card all my bank info Identification everything 2 different times I was told my check would be on the way after a 3 day processing wait and the 7 to 14 days I would recieve my check I been waiting mind you I have been in regular contact with them since the day I made the withdrawl I was reassured and fed lies. They literally have all my private information and because I emailed them asking to change my withdrawl method sent all my bank info everything they have pictures of my birth certificate front and back of my card my ID I have sent address verification I have emails of them stringing me along one minute asking for address verification and thats it they said so I resent that now they emailed back saying by the way we still need your documents I am so upset I really was counting on this money I spent alot of money to win I am literally in tears....... Please help me get my payment I have proof of all thier emails and i have screen shot of my withdrawl approval and the 100 they took from my withdrawl. help thank you
