Submitted a request for payment of $2,000 on 12/05 which was approved 12 days later (not terrible, but still outside of the 10 day approval window posted in the terms and conditions). That being said, I have not heard from the casino since the approval on 12/17 despite multiple emails and calls to their cashier support. According to the terms and conditions, once approved it should take 7 days to be processed and sent however its been over twice that long now without the very least an email saying its being processed.
