I requested my first withdrawl of $2,186 over 2 months ago and then another ($2,320) over one month ago. It was confirmed by multiple support agents that my documents were in place as early as 11/9. After many chat sessions, my case was "escalated" on 12/9. I chat daily asking for an update and receive the same answer..."Please wait a few more days" I am done waiting and would like some real help please!!
