So i tried logging in to my account but it had been locked.after contacting live chat they told me to contact them via email which I did. when i received a email back they told me it was due to bonus abuse that my account had been locked. I went on to ask them to explain how they had come to this conclusion, to which i simply received a email back saying that was there final decision. Upon emailing them again for a full explanation on the stating of bonus abuse on my account after i played my funds on a game which was not on the excluded list I did not receive a reply.
