Mr Ringo Casino - Delayed payment

I request payment more then 10 days ago. So I here lies from their customer support every day in the last week. First chat was on saturday 07/01/2017 and they say their finance department do not work on weekends. So I wait till monday 09/01 and I have a chat with them every day till friday 13/01. Every day one and the same - "you will get your money today" , and still nothing. Today is 14/01 and the answer was again - "Our finance team do not work on weekends".I have a copy of the last 3 chat sessions.
