My prior problem with Cool Cat was quickly resolved when I filed a complaint, but once again they are stuck on their practiced apology lines.. I thought maybe the prior problem was just a glitch in their system.
Now I have another withdrawal for $755 that was approved on 12/28/16. Their policy says 3-8 days to get paid. It now has been 17 days. And I am getting the run around again....Extremely high rate of withdrawals.......Problems with the processor.....I will escalate that get this taken care of.....I will see to it that a manager looks into this.....anything but "Your payment is on the way."
I also requested a withdrawal of $850 on 1/2/2017 and cannot even find out if it has been approved, although it has been long enough.
I may start looking for another site to play if this is going to be a constant problem with Cool Cat.
