hello, my account is fully verifed 2 years ago, with all my Latvian documents. 29.12.2016 have recives sms with offer from casumo casino and have deposited and lost my deposit. Recive sms with promo every week, but today I have found, casino not accepting players from Latvia anymore, and when I made my last deposit, my country wasnt accepted from casinosite and my account wasnt blocked. So I ask support to refund my deposit, because I dont have opportunity to win, because they have changed terms, but not blocked my account at time of not accepting play from Latvia.
So they should not take my deposit and allow to play. So I whant my 10 euro deposit back.
