Will try keep this short, last week i got given 50 free spins which i won £5.00 from, from this £5.00 i won £450.00 and tried to withdraw £250.00, i was then email and told terms and conditions state i can only withdraw £100.00 from a no deposit bonus. Ok then i thought as i didnt read those, anyways the very next day i got a £35.00 reward bonus which was given as 10% of my losses (from the £350.00 they took from my account), from this £35.00 i got up too £800.00 so i contacted live chat who said as i have made a deposit before i can withdraw it all ( saved this chat log ).
But to be safe i emailed the team who told me about the £100.00 limit before and they told me i will still only be able to withdraw £100.00 as this was a no deposit bonus, the problem i have with this is in the email it did NOT state anywhere about this, all it told me was i have to wager the bonus funds 35 times and then i can get the real cash ballance. Sorry to go on but i just want help with this as i wouldnt of wasted my time wagering if i knew i would be stung twice by this casino.
