Requested withdrawal November 17th and approved and authorized. Submitted all verification docs as well as bank info. Sent updated swift code as I sent 2 different ones in case (in us and outside u.s.). Says finance needs to review and has been "escalated" every week. Everytime I call they say something different but refer to swift code. Again I sent proper swift code over a month ago.
