I'm sorry for the first few times I didn't understand what you where looking for in my complaint I have played at planet7 for some months enjoyed the games but I did some research and found out we couldn't really play and and I didn't like how long it takes to receive money you win so back in October 2016 I ask for a refund and I told them that they could keep what I have won but send me the rest well they agreed to refund me all my money that I have put in I have all messages but most of the time after that no respond and they have blocked my account so I have not received any of money of account ending in 6389 but my other card that I played with my bank has gotten that back I have attached messages of them saying that they will refund me
