Captain Jack Casino - Failure to pay since 12/31/16 request

A request was made 12/31/16 for payment of winnings. After numerous requests and multiple times sending supporting documents to both the documents dept and the manager, still no payment. The payout of 1818 was approved on 1/16/17, but still no check. Online chat session approximately every other day since mid January with each chat resulting in nothing. The last chat yesterday, 2/13/17 is this: jegibs: Then I am left with no alternative but to file a complaint jegibs: This has gone on far too long Mason Grey: but we have reached our limit for checks to be sent internationally and won't be able to send one for at least a week jegibs: The point is it should have been sent a full month ago Mason Grey: I am on your side I know it should have been sent and I don't want to tell you its coming if its not Seriously, a business has a maximum number of checks they can send in one month????
