It has been 20 days since I submitted verification documents. First time. I sent them few more times after than to various emails, suggested by an agent via live chat. banking@raginbullcasino.com,, support@ragingbullcasino.com, and one more - manager@ grandfortunecasino - which is a sister casino of raging bull, apparently.
Well - I must say these guys are nearly impossible to communicate with - live chat is frequently absent, emails are never responded to, and phone number is a joke. I am pretty sure the number is fake - there is some music playing, and thats all, phone is never picked up. This is by far the worst RTG casino - in terms of service - that I ever encountered. I strongly suspect this casino to be a *total FRAUD*. One red flag - the recent no rule bonus promotion - there is no shortage of their promotional emails in my mailbox. I assume, it is a tactic - to rapidly accumulate large sums of money, and delay payments on the winnings forever. My $1600 has been denied, reason sited absence of verification documents - what a joke - I sent in the verification documents way before I claimed any winnings. The latest excuse agent in live chat gave me - "too many requests to process, sorry of the delays, thank you for your patience".
