hello i have been waiting 5 months for my payout with planet 7 casino i have called and emailed numerous times to get my payout. i was told at one point it would be sent to me in december after i sent my information to verify my identity. i received nothing checked back in early january and was told it was still pending sent my info again was told to wait three days waited 3 days tried again. Spoke to a supervisor was told it was approved it has been over a month again still no check. did a follow up on the 23rd of February was told i need to send my documents agin i have sent them 4 times to the email i was provided. was hoping this would help me out.
