Planet 7 Casino - Delayed payment from Dec 2016

Hi. I graciously ask for your help in receiving payment from Planet 7 Casino. I truly enjoyed playing at P7. Once my 'go to' site, this experience, has unfortunately, challenged my loyalty. I submitted a withdrawal request on Dec. 9th, 2016 for $2500.00. An approval notice was received Dec. 19th for $2375.00 (less $100 bonus & $25.00 ck. fee) I contacted P7, on Jan 9th, requesting payout status. Told they were still processing (20-22 business days) & the check would reach me at the earliest possible time. Jan 19th, contact via email (as instructed to do by CS live chat) was returned, delivery- Failure. Feb. 4th, 2017, I was advised my payment request was being escalated to a manager and to allow 15 business days for the finance dept to payout. Stating the casino is experiencing a high volume of withdrawals, they apologized for the delays, but reassured me, I would be paid soon. Feb. 24, 2017, concluded the 15 business days. Sunday Feb. 26th & Tuesday Feb. 28th, Contact attempts have been unsuccessful. I receive a standardized message over & over, thanking me for my patience & someone would with me just as soon as possible. Yet, 20 plus mins., later, no response & eventually I'm disconnected. (This has not happened in the past) If necessary, I have copies of the live chat transcripts & email to confirm the timeline of events stated above. In addition, all verification documents were completed & sent in Sept. 2016, for a previous withdrawal request. Payment for $375 was received on Oct 14th, 2016. (Withdrawal- requested: Sept. 9th 2016 approved: Sept 14th 2016) I thank you in advance for your assistance! Kind Regards, Michelle R Ellett
